These powered tape applicators apply tape on up to four faces of an aluminium beam section. As always the tape is applied wrinkle free.

These machines have variable speed settings to suit different production rates. They can also be supplied with auto tape cutters to further speed up production.

The protective tapes prevent scratching while the section is in transit reducing damaged goods on arrival and therefore saving rejects from the end user.

We can also manufacture similar machines for PVCu profiles for use both off or on PVCu extrusion lines.
